Once we receive your item back, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Products purchased from The Cake Decorating Shop using a Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Gift Card by email. If you'd like us to send you a Gift Card, ask the representative helping you.
For shop customers wishing to return their items:
Changed your mind? That's ok, it happens! The item must be un-opened and un-used. For health & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for edible products (opened or not).
Please note we can only accept a refund if you have the receipt with you (unless you have signed up to our loyalty scheme and we can find the order).
